Sift through matcha powder with a fine strainer and soak the whisk in hot water to soften the tines. (Important!) 2. 1 and 1/2 – 2 tea scoops of matcha (bamboo tea scoop) or 1/2 tea spoonful of matcha into the tea bowl. 3. Add about 70 ml of boiled water (1/4 – 1/3 cup). 4. Slowly whisks to dissolve the powder and move the bamboo whisk backwards and forwards as fast as you can. 5. Gently push the bamboo whisk and whisk fast and well. 6. When soft foam has developed, slowly lift the bamboo whisk up. 7. Whisk in a back and forth movement again until thick froth develops. 8. Ready to serve.
