Kakegawa Chaennale (Green tea art project)
This art project is held for 3 years in Kakegawa-city, Shizuoka from 2017.
Kakegawa-city is very famous for production of Japanese green tea. They’ll perform on various art projects with the theme of “Art x Japanese green tea and green tea culture”.
Japanese green tea is the living part for Kakegawa citizens. May citizens has deep connection with green tea.
Green tea agriculture, industry, daily life green tea at home, green tea ceremony, culture and art project are merged and will be displayed around Kakegawa city.
They are going to reveal many wonderful features of kakegawa-city by this art project for next 3 years.
Unfortunately this website is only available in Japanese but you can see the country landscape of Kakegawa-city and the traditional Japanese scenery at this website.
