Organically grown tea, created without pesticides or chemical fertilizers. Enjoy the refreshing fragrance and full bodied, timeless flavour of the highlands. Haruno is a town in the mountains of Shizuoka prefecture. The town is blessed with expansive green highlands and has a history as a producer of Japanese green tea. The low temperatures of the area throughout the year reduce the number of pests and insects, creating the perfect environment for organic farming. The compost used in the soil is made from fallen leaves and straw and the organic fertilizer is created with a combination of fish and seed dregs.

	240-280ml (1 mug cup or 2-3 small Japanese tea cup)
	80℃
	20-30 seconds
	You can enjoy brewing up to the 2nd time.
