Shipping
We deliver with Australia Post. Express Post is also available for a fee, please contact us if you require expedited shipping.
We also offer other postage options, so feel free to contact us if you have any special requests.
Returns
We do not accept returns unless there is a defect with the product.
Product defects, breakage
If the product you received is broken, please contact us within five days of delivery. We will refund the cost of the items and shipping cost. We can also exchange the product for a new one, depending on availability. If there is no stock of the item, we will issue a refund.
* Other than damage in transit, if the product is damaged after you receive it, we cannot accept returns for the item.
Orders
Unfortunately, we do not accept retail orders from overseas at this time.
For large wholesale orders, it is possible to have the items shipped directly from our head office in Japan. Please contact us for more information.
Payment
Bank Transfer
After completing your order, we will inform you our bank transfer details (Commonwealth Bank). Please note your name/order number in the note section. Let us know after you have completed the transfer and we will ship your items at once.
Credit Card
We can only accept credit card payments through PayPal. After completing your order, we will send a PayPal invoice via email. Follow the prompts in the email to complete your payment on the PayPal website.
Our site uses SSL encryption, so you can be sure of the security of your information.
Cancellation Policy
Please complete payment within two weeks of placing an order. Once two weeks have passed, your order will be automatically cancelled.
Delivery
For in stock items, we ship within 3 business days of confirming your payment. For items not in stock, we will inform you about the estimated shipping time after you place your order.
Pricing
- All of our items are listed in Australian dollars. (Not including GST)
- At this time, we do not charge GST on our items. It may change in the future.
- The price of our items does not include shipping, COD or bank transfer fees.
- Prices may change without notice.
Stock Status
When an item is out of stock, this will be displayed on the item page. If you order an out of stock item, we will notify you of the estimated arrival date of new stock. Once we receive stock, we will promptly ship your order.
